The Vintage Motorsport Festival returns to Donington Park for a special day of automotive antiquity this summer.
Priceless and powerful machines from the Vintage Sports Car Club will provide thrilling track action and a glimpse back at a pioneering era of motorsport. The varied on-track programme will feature machines over 100 years old, as well as pre-war Grand Prix racers and classically-modelled vehicles from the ‘50s and ‘60s.
This year the VSCC enjoys its 90th anniversary, and a special highlight will be the Eldridge Mephistopheles Trophy Race for pre-1925 racing cars. This race celebrates the 100th anniversary of Ernest Eldridge's 1924 world land speed record, which was the last ever land speed record to be broken on the open road - more information is available here.
Spectators can get up close to these immaculately prepared machines in the paddock, as well as speak with the drivers.

The Hollywood grandstand provides an epic viewpoint of well over a third of the circuit! Watch the field scramble through Redgate on the first lap before filtering through the iconic Hollywood and Craner Curves section, which always provides plenty of action!

Spectators can head into the open VSCC paddock and get close-up to the incredible vintage machines that are racing on-track throughout the day.
VSCC 90th Anniversary
2024 is the 90th anniversary of the Vintage Sports Car Club and the on-track action will feature celebration races to mark the special occasion. Off-track there will be a vintage AutoSOLO taking place on the GP loop and scheduled during the morning practice sessions.
Free Parking
All public parking at this event is free of charge. Please follow circuit signage on arrival. Blue Badge holders may use the dedicated parking bays in the paddock, outside the Redgate hospitality suites. Head for the paddock entrance and follow the directions of staff on the gate.
