Donington Park enjoys a close relationship with the neighbouring East Midlands Airport. In order to maintain this and to ensure aircraft safety, we ask all attending teams and competitors wishing to use pit to car radio or other radio devices and frequencies, to complete this form and return to us at least 28 days prior to your planned visit.

This is a mandatory requirement for any team/driver wishing to use any sort of radio frequency while at Donington Park. Anyone using radio devices not cleared in advance by Donington Park and East Midlands Airport will not be permitted to continue using them.

• Chinese lanterns
• Fireworks
• Flares
• Upward facing lights
