2025 is upon us, which means that the time is already upon us to start looking forward another superb motorsport season across the MSV group. A wide range of events are slated to take place at Brands Hatch, Donington Park, Oulton Park, Snetterton and Cadwell Park over the coming 12 months, whilst Circuito de Navarra in northern Spain looks forward to its first full season following last year’s major redevelopments.
Tickets for many of this year’s race events, including the vast majority of promoted highlight fixtures, are on sale now advance admission prices reduced compared to full price entry on the gate. And if you’re a regular visitor you can make a bigger savings still, by purchasing a season pass which includes year-long access for one excellent price.
Another Bennetts BSB blockbuster
The Bennetts British Superbike Championship returns for what should be another season to remember in 2025, with no fewer than eight events at MSV circuits. This includes the season opener at Oulton Park on 3-5 May, in addition to further early season visits to Donington Park (16-18 May) and Snetterton (20-22 June).
Bennetts BSB will then rocket through the middle of the year with Brands Hatch’s traditional height of summer bash on the Grand Prix circuit (25-27 July) soon followed by Cadwell Park’s annual bank holiday extravaganza on 23-25 August. Donington Park hosts a second round on 5-7 September before Oulton Park (3-5 October) and Brands Hatch (17-19 October) bring things to a close following a much awaited return to TT Circuit Assen.
Star riders to look out for will include reigning champion Kyle Ryde, who returns with OMG Racing UK, alongside his rival from 2024 Tommy Bridewell who will be aiming to reclaim the crown with Honda Racing UK. Others to look out for will include returning 2022 champion Bradley Ray, Glenn Irwin and Rory Skinner.
International showpiece events
Both Brands Hatch and Donington Park will host flagship international events once again this season with GT World Challenge Europe Powered by AWS and the MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship both returning to British shores this summer.
World class drivers from across the globe will star when Europe’s premier GT series returns to Kent for a pair of hour-long races on 3/4 May. Machinery from McLaren, BMW, Porsche and more of the planet’s leafing prestige manufacturers could be represented.
The 2024 WorldSBK season will arrive in the East Midlands for three races, with reigning champion Toprak Razgatlioglu returning following his stunning showing at last year’s fixture. Home heroes to cheer on will include Alex and Sam Lowes, Scott Redding and Jonathan Rea.
National motorsport highlights
MSV venues will host multiple rounds of the Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship this year, with Donington Park’s season opener kicking things off on 26/27 April. Brands Hatch (10/11 May) and Snetterton (24/25 May) will also feature early in the campaign with Oulton Park hosting its traditional summer tin top festival on 21/22 June. The series will return to the East Midlands for a triple-header on the Grand Prix circuit on August Bank Holiday weekend before Brands Hatch’s famed former F1 layout hosts the season finale on 4/5 October.
MSV venues will also host a significant amount of the British GT Championship’s 2025 outings with Donington Park kicking things off on 5/6 April. Oulton Park’s traditional bank holiday fixture shifts to Saturday 24 and Monday 26 May this year, whilst Snetterton hosts a pair of races on 12/13 July. The penultimate round will take place at Brands Hatch on 23/24 August ahead of the returning.
Other national championships visiting MSV venues will include the British Truck Racing Championship which heads to Brands Hatch (19/20 April), Donington Park (9/10 August) and Snetterton (13/14 September). The giants of British motorsport also return to Brands Hatch later in the year for the annual Trucks and Fireworks spectacular on 1/2 November.
Family fun
On top of the established headline championships and series, MSV will run a selection of family-friendly festivals, catering for a wide variety of audiences and themes. These include American SpeedFest 12 powered by Lucas Oil at Brands Hatch on 7/8 June, which features headline action from the NASCAR Euro Series plus a dedicated music festival. Other themed events include fixtures dedicated to Italian and British cars, supercars, Fords, retro icons and more!
Retro racedays
All of MSV’s UK race circuits will host major meetings with a historic focus in 2024. These include the Donington Historic Festival (2-4 May), the Cadwell Park Wolds Trophy (24/25 May), Masters Historic Festival at Brands Hatch (31 May/1 June), the Snetterton Classic (28/29 June) and Oulton Park’s signature Historic Gold Cup on 25-27 July.
Other major fixtures with a nostalgic focus will include Super Touring Power 3, featuring ‘90s saloon cars, at Brands Hatch on 28/29 June. There will also be multiple fixtures across the group hosted by the Historic Sports Car Club and Vintage Sports-Car Club.
Full season of action on two and four wheels
Beyond all that, there is club racing throughout the year, with Brands Hatch, Donington Park, Oulton Park, Snetterton and Cadwell Park all hosting two and four wheel motorsport from March until November.
